Attendee Information


Tuesday, February 21 is a full day of hands-on workshops.  When you registered, you signed up for either the EPM Add-in Reporting, BPC Logic, Analysis for Office, Performance Tuning Microsoft or NetWeaver/HANA, or the EPM Value Mapping. Unsure what workshop you signed up for? Email to confirm.  


The EPM Leadership Summit is located on Level 2 of the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center. Walking from the hotel lobby to the convention center takes approximately 10-15 minutes, so please be sure to plan your time accordingly.

From the lobby: Walk towards the casino (through the elevator area) and past Bayside Buffet and continue on to Fleur. Once at Fleur you should now be on the cobblestone floor. Remain on the cobblestone floor and walk past Aureole (remember to stop and take a look at the wine tower). You will continue past Aureole and Stripsteak. Walk past Starbucks and continue on the cobblestone floor towards Border Grill. You should now see signs with “EPM Leadership Summit”. Continue to Border Grill and The Wedding Chapel. You will now see the food court located in South Convention RED STAR.  Follow the signs to the right and take the escalator to the 2nd floor.  Once off the escalator make a right and continue straight down the foyer until you come to the Registration Desk. 


The dress code for the EPM Leadership Summit is business casual, and jeans are acceptable. We recommend wearing something slightly more upscale on Wednesday for the Networking Reception at Rivea.

What to Bring:

Laptop (+ charger)

If your Hands-on Workshop requires you to bring your own laptop, then be sure you do so.  If you are unsure, go to the Agenda page, and the description for your workshop will indicate if you need to bring one.
