How to get to the Convention Center

The EPM Leadership Summit is located on the street level of the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center. Walking from the hotel lobby to the convention center takes approximately 5-10 minutes, so please plan your time accordingly.

From the lobby: Walk towards the casino (through the elevator area) and past Bayside Buffet and continue on to Fleur. Once at Fleur you should now be on the cobblestone floor. Remain on the cobblestone floor and walk past Aureole, Libertine Social, and Stripsteak. Once you pass the Starbucks, you should now see signs with “EPM Leadership Summit.” Take the escalator down and the Registration Desk will be directly in front of you when you step off. 

Checking In

Please stop by the registration desk as soon as you’re settled into the hotel to get your conference materials (program, lanyard, notebook, etc.)

Registration Desk Hours:

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Monday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What to Wear:

The dress code for the EPM Leadership Summit is business casual, and jeans are acceptable. You may want to wear something a bit dressier for Tuesday night’s Networking Reception at Delano’s Skyfall Lounge.

What to Bring:

  • Laptop (+ charger) – Monday’s hands-on workshops (except for the two EPM Transformation sessions) require you to bring your own laptop. Be sure to do so, and don’t forget your charger!
  • Business Cards – There will be lots of opportunities to network throughout the week!
